#VITAMIX AER DISC PROFESSIONAL#
This new 48 ounce Aer Disc Container is compatible with nearly all of Vitamix's full-size machines (except for the " One"): it can not only work with virtually all of the contemporary full-size Legacy blenders (including the Classic C-series and the G-series such as the Professional Series 750), but also with the newer Smart System blenders (including the Ascents, the Explorian, and the Venturist). But what if you want to use your blender to produce some different textures, to leave some bits of fruit intact when mixing cocktails or incorporating berries into whipped cream, or to introduce a lot of air into the mix to create foamed drinks, whipped desserts, or emulsified sauces? For just such occasions, Vitamix developed a new spinning mechanism: the Aer disc (named after its principal function - aerating). If all you have to blend with is blades, everything gets puréed, more or less.
